The first qadi of Ottoman Istanbul, Hızır Bey, and its first governor, Subaşı Karıştıran Süleyman Bey, were among Ni'me'l Ceyş (Happy Soldiers). How many cities have mayors and governors in the world that are so blessed with the good news of our Prophet... For this reason, those who administer the city from these offices are under two types of responsibilities and are honored with them.

According to historical sources and contemporary researchers, there are more than 250 Ni'me'l Ceyş tombs in Istanbul. The number of masjids built during the Fatih period has reached 167.
