The exhibition “Erzincan’dan Tercan’dan: Kent, Mekân, İnsan” (From Erzincan From Tercan: City, Space, People) hosted by Mecidiyeköy Sanat, one of Istanbul's public art spaces, invites you to a journey from Istanbul to Erzincan.
Organized by the Erzincan 24 Association for the Protection of Nature and Cultural Heritage, the exhibition aims to record the cultural and historical values of Erzincan and transfer them to future generations, and focuses on keeping a close eye on the living culture of the region.
The exhibition is organized under the coordination of international award-winning photographers Murat Bakmaz and Mehmet Aslan. The exhibition presents you the unique beauties of Mama Hatun Tomb and Social Complex, Tercan, which is a candidate to be included in the UNESCO Cultural Heritage Tentative List, Çayırlı, which has hosted many civilizations established in Anatolia, and Otlukbeli, a natural monument, and their traces reflected in daily life, with 86 impressive photo frames taken by 19 photographers.
