The Atatürk Library Periodicals Collection consists of 1,261 digitized publications. These are newspapers, magazines, and reports containing statistical information published in languages such as Turkish, Kurdish, English, French, German, Russian, Bulgarian, Persian, Arabic, Armenian, and Italian.
The first publications of the Ottoman period, such as "Vakâyi-i Mısriyye", the first published newspaper produced in Egypt in 1828, as well as "Takvîm-i Vakâyi", the first official gazette and established in 1831, are key sources in the collection.
