The collection of critic and writer Nurullah Ataç (1898-1957) consist of 50 works. Nurullah Ataç is known for defending the idea of simplification in language, he was the head of the publishing branch of TDK in this context. He also taught French, and after 1945 served as the Presidential translator. The collection is generally a personal archive containing mostly letters. These letters include correspondence with his brother, letters containing poems and texts he received from other authors evaluating his texts, invitations to various places, and bureaucratic correspondence.
